I signed up for Best buy credit card with promotional 10% rewards on first purchase offer. I used the card to make a purchase in August. One the items (fridge) had to be replaced due to defects. I have not received the rewards for this item. Its been over 2 months since it was delivered. I spoke to support who mentioned they'll update in a week. However, its been multiple weeks without any update. Please help!
