I placed an order with a chat agent on bestbuy.com and it was for two item. I used my $75 Promotional Bonus Certificate from my Bestbuy Credit card, but order detail showed only 1 item. I contacted customer service and they told me other item was placed as in store pickup in Minnesota Bestbuy Store. I'm in Virginia and I was ordering both item with shipping option. Chat agent made a mistake on my order and customer service cancelled my instore pickup order. I received the email receipt on returned item and it show that I will received $30.88 in points for returned item. Am I going to get points back or not? I believe promotional bonus certificates are not refundable, but bestbuy chat agent made a mistake on my order and now one of my item I ordered has been cancelled and I paid $85 for $50 item.
