It sounds like you are trying to link your rewards account to your BestBuy.com account. Being able to access your rewards account online and monitor points/certificates is a major function of the My Best Buy™ program. I probably login to my own rewards account every other day. Have you already created a BestBuy.com account? If not, then that could explain why you are having trouble linking your rewards account. I can help take care of both of those for you.
