Points wrongly Taken

A week ago I ordered a tv from best buy, it was supposed to be pick up but changed to delivery. No points were given nor taken since I chose the 24 month financing. Yesterday I picked up the tv, but since the tv was down as supposed to be delivered instead of picked up they put it down as a return and made a new transaction. Since I chose the 24 month financing options no points are rewarded, but the return took 2,698 points from my account leaving me with negative points. I'm enjoying my new tv but seeing all my points disappear because of a computer error is unsettling.
