Points to wrong account?? Duplicate account??

Hello! Im hoping a rep can help me figure out whats going on. Ive had my best buy account set up previous to my recent purchase but after I have not gotten the points toward my purchase. Using the missing points feature I plugged in the necessary information but the site returned saying points ever already given to an account for my recipt.

I can provide recipt information if that helps. I spent over 1k and would like my rewards to make more purchases!

Disreguard! I have figured it out. I had two different member IDs

I wish it wasnt this complicated bestbuy.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for connecting with us! Not seeing your points post as you expect can be disappointing, but is generally easily remedied with our Report Missing Points tool. It sounds like you ultimately discovered a second membership though. This often occurs after members forget they've created a membership and create another, or create a BestBuy.com account without linking an already existing membership created in stores. In any case, I'm glad you were able to identify these. We should be able to merge these for you so that it simplifies your experience going forward.
