Hello!
I was hoping someone would be able to help me with this strange situation. For the last couple of months, I haven't been receiving any rewards points for purchases internal to BestBuy or external purchases on my BestBuy credit card.
All of the transactions appear on my rewards history, including the corresponding point value (even the credit card statement points), but my balance never increases above zero!
It's surprising since I've spent so much money with BestBuy over the years, but it seems to coincide when the revamp was done on the rewards system to remove the elite and elite plus tier. I guess I need someone look at my account and see what might be going on? Thanks in advance!
