Points not credited back to account

I had to return an item, that I used a $10 Best Buy reward zone certificate for, on 12/15/18. At the bottom of my receipt, it said I would get $10 credited back to my account. However, I have not gotten my $10, or 500 points, credited back to my account and it’s been about 12 days now.

My customer service pin is {removed per forum guidelines}, with 121518 coming at the end of that to signify the return date.

Any idea on when I will get my points credited back? It never takes this long, at least from past experience.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for connecting with us! Having to return an item can certainly dampen one's experience, but as a silver lining, in most cases you should be credited your My Best Buy certificate to redeem again. This credit usually takes no more than a few days, so it's strange you're not seeing the rewards yet. For more details, you can check out the post below.
