Points not being added to account


Upon reviewing my account because I realized I hadn’t received any certificates in a while (which I normally get quite a few per year), I realized that all of my purchases as far back as April are showing as pending, but then never being added to my account. I’ve opened a case about this with customer service over the phone but it’s been over a month since I heard anything.

I’m planning on marking a rather large purchase, but am holding off since I’m both missing points toward a certificate and feel I won’t get any from my purchase at this point anyway.
