Points not Credited Back

Hello -

 

I returned an item on 11/24/2018 but the RZ points did not credit back to my account. Order # {removed per forum guidelines}.

 

Returned Shadow of the Tomb Raider. $25.72 should have been put back into my RZ balance.

Thank you for connecting with us regarding your certificate return! I've heard great things about Shadow of the Tomb Raider so I'm dismayed to hear you chose to return it. Generally speaking, one can expect a certificate amount applied to a returned or cancelled item to be credited within a few days. For more information, the post below may be helpful.
