Hello. Quick question: I was wondering if it's possible to get points for a recent purchase that originally did not get points (due to not supplying phone/acc number at check out). If so, do I have to take the entire item back? It is a large item so it would be difficult. -- Or do I simply take my recipet back to the BB store?
[More info: Item is within return policy; it's opened; works fine. I would just like points for it.]
Thanks in advanced!

You are in luck! There is a tool on BestBuy.com where our members can report "missing" purchases. I have used the tool in the past to report some of my own purchases. You should be able to report a purchase as long as it has not been more than 180, the purchase is not already tied to a rewards account, and it was not processed prior to enrolling in the program. I have provided a link to a guide below that should help walk you through the reporting process. If you run into any trouble, then feel free to send me a private message with the information listed below and I will see what I can do to help. A private message can be sent by clicking on the blue button in my signature.
