I can imagine the questions that may have ran through your mind after logging in to find your rewards account looking a little different. I would have similar questions if my Elite Plus status and banked points seemingly disappeared. Our systems appear to be up and running just fine. Are you seeing a different rewards ID number when you login? I am wondering if you somehow ended up creating a new rewards account leaving yourself with two active rewards account, which would need to be merged.
