Hello greetings.

I currently have $400 of unredeemed cashback.

But it is only allowed to redeem certificates for $100.

Can I redeem 4 certificates and use those certificates to make a single purchase for an item worth $900?

Hey there!

 

As long as the certificates do not go over the dollar amount of the purchase, you can use as many as you have.

I just issued my certificates, made a purchase, and my order was canceled because it can't be shipped to my address.

But my coupons or redemption points were not returned, what happens?

Can you help me please.
