I had purchased multiple items from BestBuy.com during the point promotion "10% back in rewards when spending with your Card at Best Buy between 2/7/22 and 2/20/22". Unfortunately, the extra 499 points was attached to an item I returned, so those points were debited from my account. As I had made other purchases between 2/7/2022 and 2/20/22, how do I go about getting the 499 points from the promotion returned to my account?

We appreciate you taking the time to post this, and if you are missing 499 points from your My Best Buy account I can understand you being concerned here.
