Hello,
I have discovered that I was issued a $100 rewards certificate last year. It was sorted into an unexpected folder in my email and has since expired. I know standard policy is for these certificates not to be reissued. Given the sizable amount I am requesting an account review and any manner of help to have the points reinstated or the certificate reissued.
Also, is there a way for me to see what certificates that I have redeemed? I also found a $30 one that I'm not sure got redeemed.
I spoke to someone on the customer service chat who instructed me to call and gave me a number. I was on hold for an hour before giving up so now I'm here on the forum.
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you,
Scott

Generally there is no recourse to expired rewards certificates.
However, all I can suggest is to help avoid it in the future.
Use your account and log into rewards on Best Buys web site and you can manage them from there.
Go into Rewards and below where you can issue certificates you can opt for point banking or select the amount to issue when you reach a threshold.

Hi there, Scott,
Thank you for taking the time to visit our community forums. As a My Best Buy member myself, I know that I would want to try and take advantage off all the certificates that were issued. While I would be unable to reissue a certificate once it has expired, I would be glad to help you review your account and provide some clarification on this $30 My Best Buy certificate.
I will need some additional details to do so. I'll be sending you a private message shortly to gather this information. You can check your inbox by making sure you are logged into your forum account and clicking the orange envelope in the top right corner of your screen.
I look forward to further assisting you.
