Hi I just checked my rewards account and it seemed many of my pickup order were not rewarded points. They were in September - October. I understand there were about 20 days pending, but I did not see many of these.

Order# ...1577 Order Date: 10/29/2020 - PICKED UP - 10/29/2020 -> I only got points for 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. No points on the freezer.
I got points for a pickup order in November. I chatted with an online agent, but she kept repeating lies about 20 day pending. I already knew that it took some time for the points to appear and be pending but September 10 was 60+ days ago and Oct 29 was 40+ days ago unless the agent doesn't know how to count.
Is it a glitch on the Best Buy system or was it a change in policy that do not award points for pickup orders?

Thank you for posting on our forum for support with your recent purchases. I can understand wanting to make sure your points from orders in the past few months have been processed correctly. We would hate for you to miss out on these.
While it can generally take up to 20 days for points from an eligible purchase to officially post to a member's rewards account, it sounds like you're outside that window and still not seeing your points. I'd be happy to dig into this further.
