I purchased a graphics card on November 18 with 0% interest financing, so that pending purchase in my rewards activity appropriately shows 0 points.
On November 24, I returned the card and repurchased it, electing to receive points instead of 0% financing. The November 24 purchase appropriately shows points from my use of my Best Buy credit card and my membership status.
Here's where things get strange: the November 24 return shows a point debit of the Best Buy credit card points, even though no points were awarded when this was purcahsed on November 18!
How do I get this all sorted out? Can this be addressed now or should I wait for these transactions to all post on the awards activity?
Thank you for any guidance you can provide!

Good afternoon, PH55103,
Welcome to our forums! I know whenever I make purchases with my My Best Buy™ credit card I want to make sure not only am I getting points for my purchases, but I’m getting the right amount of points as well, so I can certainly understand why you’d want to make sure everything is accurate after these transactions are processed.
In regards to any pending point additions or deductions, we’ll be unable to make any modifications to them while these transactions are still pending. However, if after your purchase and return transaction are posted to your account things still appear a bit off, please don’t hesitate to follow up with us here, and we’ll be happy to take a closer look at that time, and offer any assistance as needed.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Thanks for following up on this! I'll be more than happy to review this situation further to ensure the correct points post to your account.
To get started, can you please send me a private message with additional information? I'll need confirmation of your full name, phone number, and email address. If you happen to have the order number or Customer Service PIN from the original transaction, that would also be helpful. If you're logged into the forum from a PC, you should see the blue "Private Message" button next to my signature below this post.
