Pathetic customer service

I rec'd a promotional email for 10% rewards if I use my BB credit card. The item I wanted to buy is not stocked at my nearest BB store 90 miles away so I was placing an online order. 

In the review and place order section, it only gave me the option for 5% vack in rewards so I called cutomer service. After a run around, they said I couldn't use the promotion online and had to go to the store.I advised the item is not stocked at the store and was told that's my only option. I read to them the fine print from my offer that said in store or at

I hung up out of frsutration wondering why I'm even attempting to do business with this compnay wehn they have no clue.

I called again and and went thru my frustration and how I wanted to do an online order and receive 10% rewards. The person advised just place the order and I would get it. I said I am skeptical that I would not get it and would have no way to prove it. Then, the prsonm said the offer was only for new customers which again the fine print didn't say that.

I hung up again out of frsutration.

What a terrible experience and I should be slapped even wanting to do business with them.

I'm have no confidence that anyone whoi might possibly read this from the company would even care and at best would just give me the "im sorry" lip service.
