I've seen this posted several times, but each incident involves contacting a specialist. Anyway to reach out to one, or is it wait until someone contacts me via the forum?
My issue is trying to access MyBestBuy account. Either the password I have written down got changed, or the account has been deactivated for lack of activity. I have selected to have the password reset code sent to my email several times but have yet to receive any response. (And I added the suggested BestBuyInfo to my contacts)
Any assistance is appreciated!

First, we'll want to make sure you aren't using a VPN, ad blocking software, password manager, or private browsing setting. Those could all cause issues like this. If none of that is involved, please send along a private message through the link in my signature below this post. I'll need your name, email address, phone number, and the My Best Buy membership number, if you have it. Your home address will also help.
