As I have seen via other past posts, I am also very often having to reset my password as it is not being recognized. This has been going on for quite some time. And when I have to reset my password, I also have to reenter my payment information as the system clears it out; this is beyond frustrating! I've read over the suggestions in previous replies, so I know there is some other problem as those are of no help. Can you please fix whatever this problem is already!!!

Oh, and let me add that it takes far too long for a verification code to be sent in order to reset the password as I am having to do right now!

Based on your message it sounds like you've already tried our troubleshooting steps. I'd like to take a closer look at your My Best Buy account to make sure there isn't anything to prevent your from logging in normally.
