I bought the Epson printer online and picked if from the store at El Camino.
At the time of buying, I didn't have any online account, I did purchase without creating account.
Now I have created account, but my purchase is not shown in history.
My account shows the 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement protection plan but not the product.
I want to enroll for Easy Replenish but without a printer, it wouldn't let me do it.

Welcome to our community forums. As a My Best Buy member, I think looking at my purchase history is the feature I use the most. I'd be happy to see how we may be able to help.
As you did not have a My Best Buy account at the time of purchase, our system would be unable to attach this purchase. Have you reported this missing purchase? If not, I would recommend doing so as this should allow you to locate your order.

Firstly, as stated in our article, How Do I Report Missing My Best Buy™ Points?:
Q: What might prevent me from being able to report a purchase as missing?
A: You were not a member at the time of purchase, it has been more than 180 days, or the purchase has not been fulfilled (delivered).
In the case of your printer purchase, since your My Best Buy membership was created after your purchase, the purchase cannot be added to your membership purchase history and, to my understanding, is therefore not eligible for points or our My Best Buy Easy Replenish program.
I regret I do not have better news or another option for you. Please know I am grateful you wrote to us with your concern.
