I received an email that says there is a promotion that if you purchase How to Train Your Dragon: Hidden World that you’re eligible to receive $5 in reward points at a later date. However, because I have been collecting various steelbooks and definitely wanted the steelbooks for one of my favorite movie series, I preordered the steelbook version of this new movie to make sure I could get it without worrying about it being sold out (and it sold out in my area the day of release today). So I’m curious if people who preordered are going to be eligible for the reward points promotion or if we won’t be eligible? Thanks

Even as an adult, I've quite enjoyed the How to Train Your Dragon movies, so I can understand why you would wish to snag a SteelBook copy of the latest, How to Train Your Dragon: Hidden World. With that said, please know that this is not a pre-order offer, but rather a regular promotion, and thus it would not be applied retroactively to previously placed pre-orders. I know this may not be the news you were hoping for, but hope I've been able to clarify this offer for you so you can know what to expect.

I kind of thought that might be the case but thought it wouldn’t hurt to check. I really wanted to make sure to grab the steelbook and it sold out very quickly here, so I have no regrets about it because I assured myself of getting one by preordering it. Thanks for helping to clarify.
