Hello, I recently pre-ordered an item from Bestbuy.com, and I checked out as a guest. When I put in the order information from the confirmation email to check on the status, I get an error page and get immediately redirected to the sign-in page (even though I was already signed in).
Also, when I try to add the order to my Best Buy account under the "Report Missing Points" tab, it tells me "an unexpected error occured." I am putting in the proper information, exactly as it is on the confirmation email. Did my order properly go through? I paid through PayPal, so even though it was a preorder I have already been charged. Any help would be appreciated.
