I checked my My Best Buy Rewards profile today and it says only 12 points are pending when I purchased something that cost $113.11 post-tax (after I used a $5 Reward Certificate). In the Rewards History area of my Android phone app, it says 12 points for the purchase as well. Why is this? That doesn't seem right at all. Anyhow, I have the Customer Service PIN ready for anyone willing to investigate and solve this issue for me. I'd greatly appreciate any help I could get. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out about this. You're absolutely right- any part of the purchase that was paid for using a gift card or certificate would not qualify for points under the My Best Buy Program Terms. I'm glad you were able to get everything figured out. Thanks for choosing Best Buy!
