Online Order - not showing up in purchase history

I placed an order on 9/5/21 that included a $100 e-gift card as a promotion. I have received several e-mails saying my digital e-gift card was ready, but when I click to redeem and, there is nothing to claim. The recent order does not even show up in my purchase history. 


I was logged in to my account at the time that I placed the order as well as when I tried to claim it.

Have you checked on the app and the computer to see if one is on the other device? Maybe it needs a cache clear. Do you also have the original email for the order you placed? If you need quick assistance with this, I would suggest calling 1-888-BEST-BUY or use chat for faster assistance as you may experience a delay in response on these forums.

I just downloaded the app to check and it did not show up there either. I also tried clearing the cache as well as using a different browser, no luck. I do have the original e-mail as well as the order number.
