Old email attached to account.

Back when I first signed up for a rewards account I used an old email address I no longer use. Now when I go into my account my new email address is the only email address on the account. Okay good. But then when I try to sign into the mobile app and view my purchases it first wants me to verify my account, but the account is the old email, not the new one. I've tried digging through the settings to find where I can change this but there's nowhere that shows the old address, except when it's trying to verify my account, which is frustrating. Any ideas how I can get rid of the old email for good?

Thank you for writing to us about this and welcome to our online Forums! This is something I've personally ran into before because I used a college email a while back and I accidentally replaced my main one. So, I understand the confusion and frustration with this problem! I'd be more than happy to help out with this. More than likely, it would consist of me removing your old email on our side, ensuring your new email is entered, and then replace your password to lock in the new credentials (if need be)!
