Last weekend we bought a new monitor for our PC. The My Best Buy Account is in my wife's name and the account number is on the receipt with her name. However, when she tried to login today it says her email wasn't found and it wanted to create a new account. I'm thinking her account is so old it may have an old email associated with it (we used our home phone number with the sales floor employee at checkout, so yes we've had the account a long time! LOL). I wish I could login by account number as an option, but it's only email. Any help from the CSR team here would be appreciated so she can login and update her info. Thanks!

As for myself, I had an old email on my account for years and years. So, I get that too, hah!
