Not receiving verification code

I'm am trying to update my account and finalize my new features however I have requested the code several times and havnt revived a my fork of code. I'm getting promotional emails and was wondering what i cam do the resolve this issue.

Greetings Sammy315, and welcome to the Best Buy forum,

 

The ability to login to BestBuy.com is a key aspect of the My Best Buy™ program.  How else are you going to access your points or certificates?  There are a couple things we can try though.  First, we should make sure your My Best Buy™ account is not already linked to a BestBuy.com using a different email address than the one you are trying to login with.  That could prevent a verification code from being delivered.  Second, we should make sure your information on file is up-to-date.

 

We may just need to use an alternative email address if nothing seems to work.  Before I can do anything though, I will need to gather some additional information from you.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below and I will see what I can do to help get your account squared away.  To send a private message, you will first want to login to the forum and then click on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."
