I recently found out friends were getting award certificates from Best Buy every week leading up to Black Friday. I checked my email and found that not only did I not receive those emails, but I also didn't have any emails at all from Best Buy other than order confirmations/receipts.
I went into my account and the communications preferences showed I should be receiving offers. I turned them off, saved, turned them back on, and saved again.
Now I get the daily deal emails, but nothing else. I compared to my friends, and they're getting more offers, plus they each recently got a $10 promotional certificate while I didn't. Yes, I am a member of My Best Buy.
How can I fix this? Is there any way to get those certificates I missed out on?

Welcome to our community forums. As the holiday season starts to get closer, I can certainly understand wanting to make sure you get every bonus possible. I'd be happy to help you looking into this and provide some more details.
Generally, bonus certificates like this are sent to random members and not everyone may receive them. With that said, I would recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for new promotions every week!
If you're having trouble receiving emails there are a couple different ways to help make sure you are getting these. I would recommend adding BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com to your contact list as well as keeping an eye on your Spam and Junk folders to make sure emails aren't being filtered out of your inbox. You can also visit BestBuy.com and enter your email address at the bottom of this page.
