Not receiving email reciepts or receiving points.

For some reason, when I made a purchase and told them my address changed the cashier created a new account. So the last two purchases I have made is not showing up under my actual account and im not sure who is getting the reciepts. I'm mildly annoyed because I purchased a TV around December I believe it was, and I just bought a deep freeze yesterday. I explained that i want to confirm i get the receipt. They said they cant fix or merge accounts in store. I tell them i want to use the account my credit card is assigned to, but the purchases arent reflecting on my account. Points from 1000.00+ in purchases arent ever showing up and i havent got reciepts...they also have warranties attached. PLEASE tell me who i need to have this fixed.

You have definitely come to the right place.  If you do have more than one rewards account, then a merge is the appropriate solution.  It came in very handy a few years ago when I ended up with multiple rewards accounts of my own.  Any points or certificates in the secondary rewards account would transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge.  The only thing that will not transfer is purchase history; however, we can provide copies of receipts and order numbers if need be.

 

We can also make sure the information tied to your primary rewards account is up-to-date so that future receipts are emailed to the right place.  Before I can do anything though, I will need to gather some additional information from you.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below and I will see what I can do to further assist.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that is labeled "Private Message."
