You have definitely come to the right place. If you do have more than one rewards account, then a merge is the appropriate solution. It came in very handy a few years ago when I ended up with multiple rewards accounts of my own. Any points or certificates in the secondary rewards account would transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge. The only thing that will not transfer is purchase history; however, we can provide copies of receipts and order numbers if need be.
We can also make sure the information tied to your primary rewards account is up-to-date so that future receipts are emailed to the right place. Before I can do anything though, I will need to gather some additional information from you.
