Not receiving account verification email

Good afternoon,

 

I have been trying to set up my account in order to use my reward certificates before they expire.  Account setup was fine but now I get a message when I log in that says "You're almost done!" and prompts me to check my email for a verification code.  Unfortunately, I am not receiving the code.  I have checked all settings in my email and the messages are not being filtered or sent to spam.  Furthermore, I know I can recieve emails from Best Buy and the address is correct becuase if I choose to change my email in the account I do recieve a verification code, but its only used to update the email address and not activate the account.  I have tried several different times over the couurse of the last couple of days so it does not appear to be an issue with delayed delivery of the message.

 

Any assistance someone can provide would be helpful.

While I'm glad to hear you seem to receive the verification code for your BestBuy.com profile, I understand you're not receiving the code to link your membership.
