Not receiving Account Activation Code

Long story short, I didn't know you guys have the wrong information when I signed up for the Best Buy online account when i was at the store a long time ago, so I made another account recently. I called customer service to have my new and old account merged recently but I'm still not getting the Activation Code on my corrected and merged email account. And yes it's not in the spam folder.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out on the Best Buy forum. It can certainly be easy to accidentally open multiple My Best Buy accounts. I know this from personal experience! I’ll be more than glad to review your situation in greater detail to see how best to proceed.

 

From what you’ve said, you spoke with one of our phone teams to get your two accounts merged together but you’re concerned it didn’t go through. So I can double-check on this, I’ll need a couple details. Please send me a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, and shipping/mailing address. If you happen to know your My Best Buy ID number, please also include that in your message.
