Not received any points for reviews

Hi

I have not received any points for my reviews that were posted last week. I see lot of others having the same issue and reporting on this forum. Can someone from best buy help me too?

Thank you for joining our online community and posting for support. Posting a review on BestBuy.com is a great way to receive My Best Buy points! It's great to hear you posted reviews, and I understand wanting to follow up on your points at this time. I'm happy to provide some insight into that process.

 

As a My Best Buy program member, you will get at least 25 points for each published review when you provide a valid My Best Buy member number. You’ll receive points for up to eight 25-point reviews per calendar year. The points can take up to 20 days to appear in your account. You can read additional guidelines and terms here

 

If you aren't seeing your points from qualified reviews post to your account after 20 days, please reach back out. We're happy to take a closer look at things!

Welcome to our forums! I use my points often, so I can understand your concern when you don't receive points for your reviews.

I’ll be happy to take a closer look into this matter and offer any additional assistance I can, however, I’m hoping you can provide me with a few pieces of additional information before I’m able to do so.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

 

This should be enough for me to begin my research, and hopefully get you the assistance you’re looking for.
