I've been trying to create an account to use the benefits of having an account, however, it says there was an error and to check my info. My info is correct, and I've even tried using my Google account and incognito tabs to no avail.

Welcome to our community forums. As a My Best Buy member myself, I know there's quite a few great benefits to joining this program. It certainly sounds odd that you are getting this error, I'd be glad to see how I may be able to help.
I do have a few questions to see what options are available moving forward. Do you use a VPN or ad-blocker when visiting our website? If so, I would recommend turning these off to prevent any problems. Is your browser's default language English?
