I had a good chunk of best buy rewards that expired recently and I did not get any notification of having these rewards. I unerstand that best buy custsomers should be "actively" managing reward points but I feel like we should get some sort of text or e-mail alerts indicating that our points are about to expire.
Is there anything that can be done now to redeem these Best Buy rewards?
