Exactly. For many of us, I think we knew the My Best Buy Elite and Elite Plus programs were on last legs with the focus on TotalTech Membership, but to receive that email and the Learn More link is non-functional is just anti-customer.
I started this thread to call attention to the email with the hopes that there would be more transparency (at least fix the stupid link destination) but maybe they only listen to TotalTech members now. /s

I agree 100%. Long time Elite member here and this is the reason I keep coming back. Not anymore. Nor will I send my customers to best buy. Amazon or Costco, much better return policy. Sorry Best Buy you're not getting $199 from me. and you just lost 10k+ a year in business just from me.

Yep. There is now zero incentive to shop Best Buy over other places like Amazon and the like anymore. I spent A LOT over the years to maintain at least Elite level, which included 2021. Then for them to screw everyone who was in the Elite/Elite Plus in 2022 out of the benefits for the rest of the year was a slap in the face. Not sure what pencil pusher thought this was a good idea, but based on the threads I have seen elsewhere, they have lost A LOT of dedicated customers, including me.
