Never received reward from card member offer



Back in early October I received an email offer to get a $50 reward certificate for spending $20 or more 5 times outside of Best Buy. I made the 5 purchases with the last one coming about 5 weeks ago right before the promotion ended. It said I should receive it within 3-4 weeks obviously that hasn't happened. Additionally I never got any points rewarded to me for these purchases. Can someone help me resolve this?

Thank you for stopping by our community forums again. Getting a My Best Buy certificate is always great, especially as a bonus to purchases you were already planning to make. I'm sure you're eager to use this and I would be glad to see what options I have to help.

As you mentioned, it can take up to four weeks for these certificates to post to your account after the purchases have been made. Since it's been longer than that, I'd like to review your My Best Buy account. I'll be sending you a private message to get a bit more information.
