I signed up for a best buy credit card over a month ago and only received 5% back for my purchase that I made upon signup, instead of the 10%. I called the help hotline and the person I spoke to agreed that this is an issue and told me it would take 5-7 business days to review my account. That was over a week ago and there has not been a response. I could really use some help because the 5% back I did received is set to expire in June. Thank you.

Welcome to our community, and congratulations on being approved for the Best Buy Credit Card!
I'm sure you were excited to take advantage of the many perks cardholders are entitled to, and I'm sure I would be a bit surprised if I only received half of the points I was expecting for making a new purchase. As you may know, members have the opportunity to receive 10% back in points on their first day of purchases within 14 days of being approved for the card. There are a few types of purchases that wouldn't qualify for the 10% back offer, such as choosing a monthly financing offer. Any bonus points you qualify for should post within about 20 days of the purchase being made.
