Never received 10% Birthday Coupon

My birthday has come and gone, but I never received the My Best Buy 10% Birthday Coupon. And for the peanut gallery, yes I am aware of the number of exclusions. Surely I'll be able to find something I'd want to get there. Smiley Very Happy

Welcome to the forum, and happy belated birthday! I hope you did something fantastic to celebrate. With that said, please know that our birthday coupons are not guaranteed to everyone every year. As such, if you did not receive one this year, it was likely not in error, but merely that you were not one of the randomly selected few. I apologize if this wasn't the news you were expecting when you reached out. I would encourage you to keep an eye on any member offers that come your way, especially next year at the beginning of your birthday month.

Ah, that makes sense then. I started to figure that might be the case when I was reading up about how 25% discounts were being given to some (but not all) GCU members whose accounts were expiring. But I decided to wait on an official reply. Anywho, I did enjoy my birthday very much, playing Mario Odyssey & Zelda Breat of the Wild on my Nintendo Switch.
