On several occasions with in the last couple months, I have posted reviews for products I have purchased. In each case, I get an email telling me the review has posted. I can find them on the website for each product. I have not received rewards for any of them. I have chatted and called countless times. First I was told to wait 20 days...then I was told 20 business days. Next I was told I had 2 My Best Buy accounts.. Finally I was told my reviews were rejected. I have been told a ticket would be put in and I would get an email, but I never have. In the realm of things it is a minor thing, but I am not used to getting such inconsistent service from Best Buy. As a former Elite member, they have been my go-to for electronics, appliances, etc. Now with the changes to the rewards program, reviews won't earn rewards anymore, but it has been frustrating getting the run-around.
