for some reason my rewards email account reverted to an email address that I have not used in almost 10 years, and It keeps trying to send a verification code to that email address instead of the most up to date address that I have in my best buy account. How can I get this fixed?

Generally, most account details can be updated making changes to your "Account Settings" after logging into your account. Since these emails are headed to the wrong place, I would be glad to see what I can do on my end. I'll be sending you a private message to gather a few more details.
