Trying to post this again as the post I made yesterday got filtered for some reason and was never responded to.
I am a MyBestBuy member, and regularly receive email promotions. In September, November and December of 2022 I received and took advantage of "Spend $x, receive $y in reward certificates" offers. The one in September went perfectly smoothly and I received the certificate in the promised timeframe.
Despite going through the exact same process with the November and December promotions, I did not receive the certificates for either one. I have reviewed the terms and conditions of the offers and verified that my purchases complied with them. My calls to the customer service center have not been helpful, so I am looking to get some attention from someone on the forum.
I have everything documented--including copies of the emails where the promotions were offered and order numbers for the purchases I made, so I just need someone from Best Buy to assist. I hope I am following the proper procedure for the forums--I did review the rules and guidelines.
