For some reason I used my ex's name (Karen) when I set up my Best Buy account years ago. It has always been linked to my email address, phone number, credit card, etc. I am hoping someone can help me change it to my name.
I'm really just not wanting it to say "Hi, Karen" when I am searching on the website and logged in
