Mystery offer



 I received a mystery offer of 10% off. After activating the offer, it says to apply the offer at checkout, but I do not see anything at checkout to apply. How do I apply the offer or why am I not seeing it? My offer expires on the 26th, so please make the offer available for an extended period after fixing the issue. Thank you.

As shoppers, I think we're all looking to get the best deal possible while saving a few dollars, and a coupon offering 10% off could certainly help accomplish the goal of saving money.  All you should need to have done, after activating the coupon, is add an eligible item to your shopping cart and click Apply on the final page during checkout to apply the coupon.  If you weren't seeing the coupon during checkout, then there's a good chance the item in your shopping cart wasn't eligible.  Our 10% off coupons do tend to have quite a few exclusions, including any item currently on sale.


The coupon in-question was valid until 9/26, so it may have expired. I'd like to review your rewards account with you in a bit more detail to see what I can potentially do to further assist, so I'll be sending you a private message shortly.  You can read private messages by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the envelope icon at the top of the page.
