Mystery offer


I received an email with a mystery offer on 5/16/21 with a virtual scratch off. The offers expiration was 5/31/21. The offer revealed was for a $25.00 reward certificate when I spend $250.00 or more on my best buy visa card at best buy in store or online. On 5/19/21 I purchased a Dyson fan for $432.99 on I have not yet received the $25.00 reward. The email did not mention in the fineprint or anywhere an ETA for the reward to post as these offers normally do and whats worse is that though I have the original email with the virtual scratch off, it does not show the revealed offer and the link which takes you to it is now dead. Can anybody help!?

Thank you for taking time to reach out about this!  I would be more than happy to help look into this with you.  When it comes to offers and specials, we definitely want to make sure things go as smooth as possible for you.  Generally, for an offer like this, the $25 certificate should post to your loyalty account within 4-5 weeks after the qualifying purchase has been made.  Given that we're around the 7 week period now, this is certainly past the ETA.
