I received a Mystery Reward offer for a $25 mcertificate, but how to get it is unclear due to the phrasing of the conditons and it expires soon (2020-12-13).
It says I need to spend $250 on a "single purchase", but does that mean a single item or a single transaction?

Hi, NeoDeoN,
Thank you for taking the time to connect with us on the forum.
Congrats! It sounds like you've received one of the three different Cardmember Mystery offers, and to qualify for the bonus, you'd need to spend $250 or more on a single purchase in-store or on BestBuy.com between 12/1 - 12/13 using your My Best Buy credit card. The entire purchases pre-tax total would need to equal or exceed $250, so you can purchase multiple things on the same transaction. The total before sales tax is added would just need to be at least $250. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Happy Holidays!

I also had this offer. Made a $449.99 purchase on the 8th and haven't received the $25 certificate yet. How long does it normally take? The last offer I qualified for I got in 2 weeks. I already received the bonus from the points I got from the purchase, but not the actual mystery offer reward. I've got other certificates built up and was hoping to use them all together before the first expiration date of the first one.

Good afternoon, JoeNM84 and hillsj2001,
If you received the Mystery Cardmember email that when scratched off revealed an offer for a $25 bonus certificate and spent the required $250 using your My Best Buy credit card between 12/1 - 12/13, then you should qualify for the bonus. Based on the offer terms included in the email, it may take up to 6 weeks after making an eligible purchase for the bonus certificate to post to your rewards account. That would put us between 1/12 and 1/24 depending on when the purchase was made. If after a full 6 weeks a $25 bonus certificate still hasn't posted to your rewards account, then please send us a private message with your details (name, phone #, email address) here and we'll see what we can do to further assist.
Happy New Year!

Hi - in Dec. i received an email regarding best buy cardmember having a myster offer of spending $250 in 1 transaction to receive $25 certificate.
i bought 3 items in a single transaction online - but for some reason, bestbuy billed me$100 and $150 in 2 separate orders - i want to make sure this does not impact me getting the certificate.
thanks

Greetings, ice_0408,
As long as the order had a pre-tax total of at least $250 and your My Best Buy credit card was used, it shouldn't matter if the final collection of the funds was split into multiple charges. We can review your rewards account after a full six weeks though should the bonus certificate for some reason not be added to your rewards account. Please check my prior responses above for additional details.
Best Wishes,

We'd be happy to review your rewards account, and we can see that you sent a private message with your details, as requested in prior responses. We're still working through some of the additional volume due to the holidays season, so your patience is greatly appreciated. One of us will reply to your private message shortly, which you can read by clicking on the envelope icon at the top of the page.
