I'm not sure why I can't see my purchaces from last year. I went to find the emailed recipt, and I matched my rewards number from the Email to my Best Buy account and they don't match. Only thing is The number and Email used on my BB account number is the same one I use in store.
Is there a way to figure out how to access the rewards number I've been using for in store purchaces for the last 10 years? I'm a little confused how this happened, or what my options are at this point.

Thanks for reaching out about this! It sounds like you may have opened a second My Best Buy rewards account by accident. It's hard to say exactly how that may have happened, but I do know that it can happen easily. I've done it myself. If that has indeed happened, to avoid further confusion, we should be able to assist with an account merge which would ensure available points and/or certificates from the secondary account are moved to the primary account. A merge should also allow us to update you online account so that the correct rewards number is attached to your online orders going forward.
