I had received a best buy reward certificate of $30 and it was there in my account last week when I checked. When I logged in today, I did not find the certificate. Is there a way the certificate can be instated or points be added to my account?

I can understand the surprise you must have had when you noticed that the certificate had expired. As a reminder, please note that all My Best Buy certificates are slated to expire 60 days from the issue date, unless otherwise noted. Also, there is no guarantee that an email reminder will be sent. Nonetheless, while we can't reinstate the certificate, I welcome you to shoot us a private message with your full name, email address, and phone number. We'll see what we can do from there!
