it's been almost a year since I last shopped at bestbuy as I travel a lot , and with covid hitting I no longer was able to buy the things my family from overseas requested from me . For some reason no matter how many times I tried I can not get my points .
It keeps stating:
We're sorry, we're unable to issue a reward certificate.
another issue I have is when I signed up for the account , the individual that signed me up put me a weird name . .. not my name idk I thought I would go back to shopping with you guys but this is too much of a headache . Your customer service skills need improvement.
