I ordered from the website when signed in but the order does not show up on my account. Why do I do?

Each point counts when trying to reach that next certificate. If a purchase looks to be missing from your rewards account, then you could potentially be missing points too. Are you positive that you logged into a BestBuy.com account when the order was placed? If you did login and your rewards account was properly linked to that BestBuy.com account, then the order should be displayed in your history. The order not being displayed leaves me to believe that you either did not login to a BestBuy.com account or perhaps you have more than one rewards account. I cannot say for sure without first taking a look at your rewards account.
Before I do that though, I would suggest that you log into your BestBuy.com account and try to report the order as "missing." It is not uncommon for a member to checkout as a guest rather than login to their account. I will often choose to checkout as a guest. For those instances, we have a tool on BestBuy.com where a member can report purchases as missing. I have provided a link to a guide below that should help with that process. If for some reason you have trouble reporting the order, then feel free to send me a private message by clicking on the blue button in my signature.
