I can imagine the questions that ran through your head after logging in to find your rewards ID was different, as I'd have similar questions if my rewards ID of 10+ years was suddenly different. If the rewards ID currently linked to your BestBuy.com is different than you remember, then could it mean you currently have two active rewards accounts? That could easily be solved with a merge. Was your previous rewards account perhaps cancelled for some reason?
